Spectators: 6438 (Terracing: 5386, Seating: 1050, VIP seats: 2) Ranqueles's Cesar Brais started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ranqueles were furious when Daniel Indalecio was red carded, 5 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Ranqueles:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MSM FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 7 minutes, MSM FC's Gogo Tab got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Laureano Lucado. Laureano Lucado acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Honorio Perrando. Victorino Bizi charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorino Bizi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute, one of Ranqueles:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ranqueles. Ranqueles:s Laureano Lucado showed great skill when he stopped Gogo Tab:s penalty. In the 19th minute of the match, Gerardo Quinton got a very nice opportunity to score, but Laureano Lucado was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerardo Quinton got free with Laureano Lucado in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Ranqueles's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Lopes came free, but Laureano Lucado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeledon Macario kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Gogo Tab shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Lucado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Mitxaut in the 25th minute of play forced Ranqueles's goalkeeper Laureano Lucado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laureano Lucado didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. After 32 minutes of play, MSM FC's Gerardo Quinton made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laureano Lucado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Laureano Lucado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Quinton in the 34th minute. Gerardo Quinton's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Laureano Lucado firmly grabbed it by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Geronimo Mitxaut made a kick off. Laureano Lucado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Mitxaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureano Lucado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Mitxaut, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Quinton in the 63rd minute of play forced Ranqueles's goalkeeper Laureano Lucado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ranqueles's Laureano Lucado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Quinton in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Ranqueles getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Zeledon Macario hit a great ball. Laureano Lucado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Mitxaut in the 68th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Ranqueles got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Vistruario. If Geronimo Mitxaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Quinton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Laureano Lucado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerardo Quinton struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Laureano Lucado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MSM FC. Laureano Lucado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Mitxaut in the 88th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the MSM FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
