With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergio Intxixu in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erubiel Cefero saved El Balé de Gareth from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Enrique Errando fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hilario Aguirre, passed just outside the right post. LoboMendoza's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Ariel Emesto scored to the left of an out of position Hilario Aguirre, making the score, 1-0. Ariel Emesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hilario Aguirre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Errando, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Enrique Errando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Hilario Aguirre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Cefero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Hibai in the 31st minute of the match. Santo Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Cefero having to interfere. The supporters of LoboMendoza booed when El Balé de Gareth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Emesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Errando made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Ariel Emesto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hilario Aguirre was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Errando in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilario Aguirre saved LoboMendoza from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Fermin Cordarrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Balé de Gareth's Maximo Lain couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for LoboMendoza. Hilario Aguirre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ariel Emesto's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Hilario Aguirre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Errando, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Ariel Emesto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hilario Aguirre having to make a save. Hilario Aguirre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Errando in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, El Balé de Gareth's Erubiel Cefero got control of the ball when Santo Hibai tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Enrique Errando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in LoboMendoza's zone, Enrique Errando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilario Aguirre came out of the goal and Enrique Errando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When El Balé de Gareth's Enrique Errando in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye LoboMendoza's goalie prevented a goal. Hilario Aguirre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. El Balé de Gareth were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
