Samuel Carlomagno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Viviano in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to SosDeLaB getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Epifanio Indalecio hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the game, Epifanio Indalecio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SosDeLaB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaboto AFC the free kick. Epifanio Indalecio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Pastor Sayveon got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Pastor Sayveon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Damaso Mendiko fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaboto AFC's protests and gave Damaso Mendiko a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Hegoi went to the wrong direction when Eduardo Che was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 30th minute of the match Everardo Cuartio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Samuel Carlomagno showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aristides Oroitz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Jorge Hegoi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tobias Ugaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Domingo Viviano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Carlomagno having to interfere. Jorge Hegoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Sayveon in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, SosDeLaB's Aristides Oroitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Hegoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. SosDeLaB's Aristides Oroitz got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Indalecio in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Hegoi saved Gaboto AFC from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domingo Viviano to make the kick off. Roque Eskuin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Pastor Sayveon might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorge Hegoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pastor Sayveon ran back to his position shaking his head. Everardo Cuartio kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Domingo Viviano struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Samuel Carlomagno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaboto AFC. Jorge Hegoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Oroitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristides Oroitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Hegoi having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Pastor Sayveon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Hegoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Pastor Sayveon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Jorge Hegoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Domingo Viviano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Oroitz in the 92nd minute of play forced Gaboto AFC's goalkeeper Jorge Hegoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SosDeLaB were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gaboto AFC for a fine match.
