Ciro Urbes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Sticlaru in the 6th minute of play. When Valentin Martxelin came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Molinos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Martxelin couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Molinos's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Cidro came free, but Hilario Ortzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Molinos booed when Centro Juventud Antoniana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Jenaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Olimpiu Sticlaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciro Urbes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Evaristo Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Urbes having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Centro Juventud Antoniana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Austin to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Chorche blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciro Urbes having to make a save. Ciro Urbes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Sticlaru in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute Olimpiu Sticlaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Urbes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filomeno Argider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ciro Urbes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Olimpiu Sticlaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Urbes was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Valentin Martxelin struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ciro Urbes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Molinos. Ciro Urbes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingos Quilino's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Austin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Molinos booed when Centro Juventud Antoniana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Jenaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Olimpiu Sticlaru got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Valentin Martxelin came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Molinos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Martxelin couldn't finish the play. Valentin Martxelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Centro Juventud Antoniana getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Nestor Abajas hit a great ball. Olimpiu Sticlaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ciro Urbes made a huge save. 71 minutes into the match, Molinos's Valentin Martxelin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ciro Urbes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olimpiu Sticlaru in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Urbes saved Centro Juventud Antoniana from getting behind. In the 76th minute, Olimpiu Sticlaru reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ciro Urbes. The goal made the score 0-2. After 80 played minutes Centro Juventud Antoniana got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Estefan. If Valentin Martxelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Valentin Martxelin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Molinos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Martxelin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Olimpiu Sticlaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Urbes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olimpiu Sticlaru in the 95th minute of the match.
