Freddy Lizardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Policarpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Policarpio in the 41st minute of play forced Ianchus's goalkeeper Freddy Lizardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Piearres was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ianchus's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Serafino Bartolome was slow to take the kick. During this time TontoEnLaCaja's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Denis Policarpio heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Eusebio Pepillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Freddy Lizardi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Eleuterio Piearres let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 59th minute shot 1-2 at rihgt post. Eleuterio Piearres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Freddy Lizardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ianchus booed when TontoEnLaCaja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barbaros Paşa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freddy Lizardi made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Eleuterio Piearres sent off a good shot on target. Freddy Lizardi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eleuterio Piearres went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Eusebio Pepillo took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Freddy Lizardi to make any attempt to save it. After 92 minutes, Serafino Bartolome mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TontoEnLaCaja and the Ianchus players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes TontoEnLaCaja got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Bartolome. The Ianchus supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching TontoEnLaCaja's performance. The match ended with a win for TontoEnLaCaja.
