Carrizalito AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, TontoEnLaCaja's Eusebio Pepillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guillermo Illan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Guillermo Illan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebio Pepillo's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When Denis Policarpio, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 45 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Guillermo Illan was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 48 minutes of play, TontoEnLaCaja's Eleuterio Piearres made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillermo Illan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Javier Diagur was the one to do the kick off. Carrizalito AFC's Guillermo Illan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Pepillo in the 61st minute of play. TontoEnLaCaja's Eusebio Pepillo got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eleuterio Piearres's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Guillermo Illan firmly grabbed it by the left post. Guillermo Illan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Policarpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eleuterio Piearres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Guillermo Illan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Eleuterio Piearres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TontoEnLaCaja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. When Eusebio Pepillo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the TontoEnLaCaja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Pepillo couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Piearres in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guillermo Illan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eusebio Pepillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denis Policarpio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillermo Illan having to make a save. With a little luck, Carrizalito AFC's Guillermo Illan got control of the ball when Eleuterio Piearres tried to sneak it across the goal line. TontoEnLaCaja's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
