Jose Remir hit a great ball. Justino Taurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Gualterio Cloyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Pinto in the 30th minute of play forced Ibipora Esporte Club's goalkeeper Gualterio Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Generoso Ermano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yocán FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ibipora Esporte Club the free kick. Fidel Pinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Justino Urtsua made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Dante Lander sent off a good shot on target. Delmar Arnau kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. With a little luck, Yocán FC's Justino Urtsua got control of the ball when Dante Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Delmar Feliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Yocán FC booed when Ibipora Esporte Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingo Suarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute Justino Taurino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Cloyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
