Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcial Abeitia took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Sixto Baristo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ildefonso Lano. In the 9th minute Marcial Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Octavio Aureo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ildefonso Lano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcial Abeitia in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ildefonso Lano saved Paso a Paso from getting behind. When Feliciano Marz fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paso a Paso's protests and gave Feliciano Marz a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Paso a Paso got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Marz. In the 22nd minute Rodolfo Unai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Sedat Ongul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marcial Abeitia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ildefonso Lano was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Sixto Baristo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Lano having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Dario Abancens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute Marcial Abeitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Abancens's late challenge caught a Paso a Paso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Abancens helped the player get up and apologised. Dario Abancens hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Ahmet Sedat Ongul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Unai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Roma's Joaquin Gaskon got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 47th match minute, Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Gabino to maneuver through the defense. After 48 played minutes Roma got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Baristo. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermegildo Erauso to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Marcial Abeitia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Roma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After recieving a nice pass, Roma's Octavio Aureo tried to score from far away in the 60th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Paso a Paso's zone, Sixto Baristo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ildefonso Lano came out of the goal and Sixto Baristo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Roma booed when Paso a Paso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliciano Marz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Roma's Octavio Aureo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Paso a Paso's Ildefonso Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Abeitia in the 67th minute of play. Sixto Baristo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Lano having to interfere. Marcial Abeitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ildefonso Lano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Erauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Baristo in the 78th minute of play forced Paso a Paso's goalkeeper Ildefonso Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Unai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ahmet Sedat Ongul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sixto Baristo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Baristo couldn't finish the play. Hernan Txartiko tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Ildefonso Lano. An unnecessary self made goal, 4-0 in the 92nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Marcial Abeitia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Abeitia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ildefonso Lano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
