Melero AFC's Norberto Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Ur in the 29th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Aquilino Ur put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Norberto Santiago. Santiago Cisco hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Melero AFC's goalkeeper Norberto Santiago, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Melero AFC's Marciano Luken slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Feliciano Casomiro. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquilino Ur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Alfredo Xabat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
