But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Goren couldn't finish the play. Holdich's Tiburcio Cresconio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Guib in the 19th minute of play. EMI PUNK ROCK FC's Ubaldo Fliz got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tiburcio Cresconio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Frasquito, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Holdich's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Frasquito came free, but Tiburcio Cresconio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Cresconio went to the wrong direction when Ciro Tulio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. If Martin Goren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Mundo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benicio Primeiro in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, EMI PUNK ROCK FC's goalkeeper Generoso Mundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Primeiro. Martin Goren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Mundo having to interfere. When Benicio Primeiro came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Holdich fans jumped to their feet. After a defensive mix-up in EMI PUNK ROCK FC's zone, Martin Goren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Mundo came out of the goal and Martin Goren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Holdich's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Frasquito came free, but Tiburcio Cresconio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th match minute, Holdich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Piearres to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute of the match Ciro Tulio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiburcio Cresconio skillfully saved the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Goren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Anier Guib kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tiburcio Cresconio. That made the score 1-1 in the 52 minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Benicio Primeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holdich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benicio Primeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to EMI PUNK ROCK FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Serafin Salvadore hit a great ball. In the 62nd match minute, Holdich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Vargas to maneuver through the defense. Holdich's Benicio Primeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Jimeno Frasquito kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tiburcio Cresconio. That made the score 2-3 in the 76 minute of play. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Martin Goren sped through EMI PUNK ROCK FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Generoso Mundo. The EMI PUNK ROCK FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Holdich from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
