In the 33rdth minute of the game David Roldan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estrella Dorada's Freddy Nesor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Abastas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabricio Fraco charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabricio Fraco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th minute Arnaldo Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Cuarto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Arnaldo Fonso made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-0 when David Roldan sped through Estrella Dorada's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Freddy Nesor.
