Spectators: 6550 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luis Brais started the match with the kick off. Enrique Guerrero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Dalmu in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 6th minute of the match Cleto Azeari sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Satordi skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmitas's goalkeeper Flavio Satordi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Atlanta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Enmanuel came free, but Enrique Guerrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anselmo Belo's late challenge caught a Palmitas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Belo helped the player get up and apologised. Anselmo Belo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Enrique Guerrero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albino Maureo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Enmanuel in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Guerrero saved Atlanta FC from getting behind. 24 minutes into the game, Ariel Henry recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enrique Guerrero. Ariel Henry showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Albino Maureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 42 minutes of play, Palmitas's Eugenio Enmanuel made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrique Guerrero was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enrique Guerrero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albino Maureo in the 47th minute. When Eugenio Enmanuel came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Palmitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Enmanuel couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugenio Enmanuel was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Palmitas were awarded a corner. Herminio Gilen went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Herminio Gilen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Enrique Guerrero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albino Maureo in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Guerrero saved Atlanta FC from getting behind. In the 60th minute Luis Brais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Satordi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Eugenio Enmanuel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Enmanuel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Guerrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute, Jeronimo Dalmu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albino Maureo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Atlanta FC's zone, Albino Maureo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Guerrero came out of the goal and Albino Maureo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, Atlanta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Enmanuel came free, but Enrique Guerrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benicio Rencio got free with Flavio Satordi in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the match, Atlanta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Enmanuel came free, but Enrique Guerrero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albino Malvin during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Albino Malvin kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute of the match Herminio Gilen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enrique Guerrero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Albino Maureo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmitas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albino Maureo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luis Brais charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luis Brais the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Atlanta FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Luis Brais hit a great ball. Atlanta FC's Enrique Guerrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Enmanuel in the 100th minute of play. Palmitas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
