Spectators: 6970 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Justino Maties kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Pascual Lizardi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the game, one of FC Spartan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Sijes FC. Astor Caitano stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Clodoveo Fidele. 0-1. Gabriel Francesco scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clodoveo Fidele, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Justino Maties fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Fidele having to interfere. After 25 played minutes Sijes FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Suarez. Justino Maties received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Clodoveo Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Justino Maties managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sijes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Maties was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clodoveo Fidele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 38 minutes of play, Sijes FC's Gabriel Francesco made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clodoveo Fidele was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gabriel Francesco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Clodoveo Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marciano Ferman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeremias Tulio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Fidele having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Spartan's Clodoveo Fidele got control of the ball when Gabriel Francesco tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Spartan's goalkeeper Clodoveo Fidele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clodoveo Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Maties in the 68th minute of play. In the 75th play minute Gabriel Francesco came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Clodoveo Fidele. 0-4. If Justino Maties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Clodoveo Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Maties in the 80th minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gabriel Francesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clodoveo Fidele having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Gabriel Francesco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sijes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. When the final whistle sounded Sijes FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Spartan.
