The supporters of Barrancas FC booed when The Big Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Chabier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciriaco Berart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Calvet having to interfere. Enzo Bilintx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gustavo Calvet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Gaston Beila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barrancas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Big Team the free kick. Gaston Beila kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Barrancas FC's Gustavo Calvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Bilintx in the 42nd minute of play. The Big Team's Ciriaco Berart got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Benjamin Vellito scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Conrado Qwinton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute Ciriaco Berart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Berart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gustavo Calvet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Barrancas FC's Gustavo Calvet got control of the ball when Enzo Bilintx tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gustavo Calvet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciriaco Berart's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Barrancas FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Calvet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Bilintx. Benjamin Vellito charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Vellito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 69 minutes into the game, Enzo Bilintx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Gustavo Calvet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Barrancas FC's Gustavo Calvet got control of the ball when Enzo Bilintx tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Enzo Bilintx got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Berart in the 75th minute of play forced Barrancas FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrancas FC's Gustavo Calvet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Barrancas FC from getting a goal against them. Gustavo Calvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Berart in the 80th minute of the match. Conrado Qwinton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Bakar in the 81st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Barrancas FC defense, Enzo Bilintx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Calvet. The Barrancas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Calvet should have stopped the shot. Enzo Bilintx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Gustavo Calvet made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, Barrancas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Berart came free, but Gustavo Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Qwinton came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrancas FC's Hugo Ubendu. But to his dismay, Hugo Ubendu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Barrancas FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
