Melquiades Cordearo in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Erubiel Moise, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After taking down the ball on Meridiano Vº's corner Bartolo Venerando fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Siro Marques quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Meridiano Vº booed when Boulevard Villa Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benito Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball.

To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Leonel Abel put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Erubiel Moise. Ismael George took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erubiel Moise. Meridiano Vº's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Celso Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Siro Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Martinez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erubiel Moise came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Boulevard Villa Belgrano's Wilfredo Lohitzun. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Lohitzun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Meridiano Vº's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
