The supporters of Tambillos booed when La deseada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Fe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Benjamin Ceandro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjamin Ceandro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ezequiel Delfino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edelmiro Oton hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. If Benjamin Ceandro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luisito Fe scored 1-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Ceandro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Humberto Pueblo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Delfino having to interfere. Ezequiel Delfino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Pueblo went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The wind increased when Eriberto Markel made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in La deseada's zone, Benjamin Ceandro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Delfino came out of the goal and Benjamin Ceandro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Humberto Pueblo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Delfino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. If Cristian Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Tambillos defense, Eriberto Markel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Ceandro. The Tambillos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Ceandro should have stopped the shot. Federico Ceandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Cebrian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Benjamin Ceandro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ezequiel Delfino. That made the score 2-2 in the 71 minute of play. Cristian Richie kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. A collision led to La deseada getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Edelmiro Oton hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Markel in the 80th minute of play forced Tambillos's goalkeeper Federico Ceandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Tambillos's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Cebrian came free, but Federico Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Federico Cheche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Benjamin Ceandro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tambillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Ceandro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezequiel Delfino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edelmiro Oton charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edelmiro Oton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th match minute, La deseada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Oton to maneuver through the defense. Ezequiel Delfino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Pueblo in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Tambillos's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Markel came free, but Federico Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
