Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Tambillos's Humberto Pueblo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes Dago F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Clodoveo Gipuzkoa. If Humberto Pueblo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Chus in the 10th minute of play forced Tambillos's goalkeeper Federico Ceandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeo Curcio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Humberto Pueblo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvio Otsoko. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Tambillos's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Gipuzkoa came free, but Federico Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes, Jairo Orlandus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tambillos and the Dago F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tambillos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! Dago F.C.'s Silvio Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Richie in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Amadeo Curcio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Chus made a kick off. With a little luck, Tambillos's Federico Ceandro got control of the ball when Clodoveo Gipuzkoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amadeo Curcio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Silvio Otsoko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Ceandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silverio Asur in the 59th minute of play. With a little luck, Tambillos's Federico Ceandro got control of the ball when Clodoveo Gipuzkoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 64 minutes, Humberto Pueblo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tambillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Pueblo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dago F.C.'s goalkeeper Silvio Otsoko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amadeo Curcio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvio Otsoko having to make a save. In the 76th minute, Clodoveo Gipuzkoa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dago F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Chus in the 81st minute of play forced Tambillos's goalkeeper Federico Ceandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Humberto Pueblo struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Silvio Otsoko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tambillos. In the 93rd minute Benicio Gartzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Ceandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Humberto Pueblo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Silvio Otsoko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Tambillos lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
