Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Virgilio Piearres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Epifanio Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th match minute, Los Imperfectos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Rik to maneuver through the defense. Virgilio Piearres was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Epifanio Sugar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Epifanio Sugar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, Los Imperfectos's Virgilio Piearres got control of the ball when Epifanio Sugar tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Epifanio Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Justo Hibai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Virgilio Piearres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute Paulo Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaudencio Xabier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilio Piearres having to interfere. Paulo Enmanuel hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Roman Barea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elephant Cemetery's Epifanio Sugar got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Los Imperfectos's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Sugar came free, but Virgilio Piearres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Rafael Remigio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Elephant Cemetery's zone, Anastasio Estefan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Xabier came out of the goal and Anastasio Estefan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Los Imperfectos's Anastasio Estefan got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Enmanuel made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Tomás Unai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 55 minutes, Lucio Leoiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Imperfectos and the Elephant Cemetery players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucio Leoiar hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Elephant Cemetery's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Gabriel Rik scored to the left of an out of position Gaudencio Xabier, making the score, 1-2. If Epifanio Sugar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elephant Cemetery's Justo Hibai quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eustaquio Loi, made in the 78th minute of the game. 86 minutes into the game, Elephant Cemetery's Epifanio Sugar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Virgilio Piearres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Tomás Unai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los Imperfectos's zone, Epifanio Sugar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Virgilio Piearres came out of the goal and Epifanio Sugar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elephant Cemetery's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
