If Silverio Sesuldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 12 played minutes La Patada Cubana got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Boni. After 19 minutes, Silverio Sesuldo made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. La Patada Cubana's Silvano Rozarius tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Arsenio Bela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The La Patada Cubana players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cerrito were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iker Victoro made a kick off. Ramiro Nisio struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Silvano Rozarius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerrito. Silvano Rozarius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Sesuldo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, La Patada Cubana's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Sesuldo came free, but Silvano Rozarius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nicanor Quintana was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, La Patada Cubana's Nicanor Quintana got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cerrito's Higinio Baleren couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Patada Cubana. When Cerrito's Silverio Sesuldo in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Patada Cubana's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Sesuldo in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvano Rozarius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, Cerrito's Nemesio Afonso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Silvano Rozarius. Silvano Rozarius yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Arsenio Bela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Higinio Baleren, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nemesio Afonso struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Silvano Rozarius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerrito. 87 minutes into the game, Silverio Sesuldo lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Silvano Rozarius. Silverio Sesuldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Silvano Rozarius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to La Patada Cubana getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Eduardo Boni hit a great ball. Cerrito's Higinio Baleren couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for La Patada Cubana. The crowd rose to their feet as Cerrito's Silverio Sesuldo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silvano Rozarius. That made the score 0-4 after 96 minutes of play. When the match was over Cerrito could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Patada Cubana throughout the match.
