Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Damian Mirande kicked off to start the match. Nemesio Afonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Norberto Escobar made a huge save. 8 minutes into the game, Cerrito's Nemesio Afonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Norberto Escobar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Cerrito's Silverio Sesuldo in 20 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Norberto Escobar guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 21 minutes into the match, DoNa's goal looked a bit too open when Silverio Sesuldo came free, but Norberto Escobar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Celso Abar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cerrito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DoNa the free kick. In the 27th match minute, Cerrito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Abar to maneuver through the defense. Herminio Roldanillo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Hori went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Norberto Escobar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silverio Sesuldo in the 35th minute of the match. Norberto Escobar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Sesuldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of DoNa booed when Cerrito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Nisio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cerrito's Oscar Asur suffered a sore thigh after 40 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Damian Mirande's late challenge caught a Cerrito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damian Mirande helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, DoNa's Damian Mirande got a free kick in the 42nd minute. If Damian Mirande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alonzo Arias, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

A collision led to DoNa getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ezequiel Ugaitz hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Higinio Baleren sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and DoNa's Norberto Escobar didn't even have to move. Nemesio Afonso might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Norberto Escobar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nemesio Afonso ran back to his position shaking his head. After 63 played minutes Cerrito got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Nisio. Norberto Escobar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Afonso in the 72nd minute of the match. Norberto Escobar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Nisio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norberto Escobar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Afonso's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Nemesio Afonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cerrito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nemesio Afonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damian Mirande got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 86 played minutes DoNa got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Gomez. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nemesio Afonso in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto Escobar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Nemesio Afonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerrito's supporters rose to their feet, but Nemesio Afonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Escobar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cerrito had won after a very even match.
