But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasio Oinatz couldn't finish the play. If Ricardo Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulises Sabin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 88th minute, Ricardo Lauro made a precise shot to the right of Elias Cheche. Gallardo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 91st match minute, Gallardo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Chorche to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Ricardo Lauro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Elias Cheche. That made the score 1-2 in the 92 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Patagones had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
