Americo Blai might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgard Tonete. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Americo Blai ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute, Danilo Gonchan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgard Tonete was a little too slow when Americo Blai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 3-0. Victorino Sesuldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Tonete having to interfere. Melquiades Herena kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Devil Boys FC's goalkeeper Edgard Tonete had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorino Sesuldo.

Danilo Gonchan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Alvaro Ralondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Bernaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvaro Ralondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvaro Ralondo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Danilo Gonchan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 58 minute of play. Alvaro Ralondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Bernaldo in the 66th minute of the match. Victorino Sesuldo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgard Tonete read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ibáñez's zone, Gavino Bernaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Ralondo came out of the goal and Gavino Bernaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorino Sesuldo struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Edgard Tonete didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibáñez. The corner led Devil Boys FC's Niceto Lander to fire away a dangerous shot which Alvaro Ralondo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 86th match minute, Devil Boys FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Bernaldo to maneuver through the defense. If Victorino Sesuldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, one of Devil Boys FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Devil Boys FC. Edgard Tonete went to the wrong direction when Julian Gau was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Devil Boys FC's Danilo Gonchan got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvaro Ralondo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danilo Gonchan in the 97th minute. 98 minutes into the match, Devil Boys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Blai came free, but Edgard Tonete reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Devil Boys FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
