Ricardo Brion took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Faustino Frechoso. Rincón de los sauces F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cayetano Justin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulises Sabin made a kick off. A collision led to Gallardo FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Everardo Santiago hit a great ball. With a little luck, Gallardo FC's Elias Cheche got control of the ball when Joel Transito tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gallardo FC's Hermengildo Aballe got a free kick in the 55th minute. Joel Transito might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Cheche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Transito ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute, Cayetano Justin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elias Cheche. The goal made the score 1-1. Fabricio Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Faustino Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute German Chorche suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Gavino Bladi was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 71st match minute, Rincón de los sauces F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Bladi to maneuver through the defense. Fabricio Ferdinand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Frechoso having to interfere. Hermengildo Aballe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Fabricio Ferdinand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustino Frechoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Fabricio Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallardo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Ferdinand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustino Frechoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hermengildo Aballe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Faustino Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fabricio Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gallardo FC booed when Rincón de los sauces F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabricio Ferdinand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Hermengildo Aballe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Faustino Frechoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Ferdinand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gallardo FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Rincón de los sauces F.C to leave the ground with a draw.
