Spectators: 7096 (Terracing: 5427, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 5) Omar Abaurre started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Chimborazo AFC's Hipolito Oliviero in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Susana's goalie prevented a goal. After 7 minutes of play, Chimborazo AFC's Hipolito Oliviero made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Honorio Dantel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chimborazo AFC's Amador Bernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Juvenal in the 13th minute of play. Omar Abaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Bernat having to interfere. Amador Bernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Abaurre in the 21st minute of the match. If Anastasio Claude had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Chimborazo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Abaurre came free, but Amador Bernat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 minutes of play, Susana's Luciano Juvenal made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Bernat was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Chimborazo AFC's zone, Omar Abaurre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Bernat came out of the goal and Omar Abaurre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Juvenal in the 49th minute of play forced Chimborazo AFC's goalkeeper Amador Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After 53 played minutes Chimborazo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Senio. Raul Igon got in the 54th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Amador Bernat. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-2. If Anastasio Claude had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hipolito Oliviero came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Chimborazo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Oliviero couldn't finish the play. Hipolito Oliviero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Honorio Dantel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lisandro Argoitz hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anastasio Claude in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Honorio Dantel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 85 minutes on the clock, Clodoveo Ignado commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Chimborazo AFC:s Amador Bernat showed great skill when he stopped Raul Igon:s penalty. In the 87th minute, Raul Igon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amador Bernat was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. After having played for 91 minutes, Omar Abaurre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Susana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Abaurre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Omar Abaurre might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amador Bernat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Omar Abaurre ran back to his position shaking his head. Omar Abaurre struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Amador Bernat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Susana. When Hector Erlantz fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chimborazo AFC's protests and gave Hector Erlantz a yellow card for diving instead. After 97 played minutes Chimborazo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Erlantz. Luciano Juvenal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Amador Bernat made a huge save. 100 minutes into the game, Susana's Luciano Juvenal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amador Bernat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Susana played a much better game than Chimborazo AFC and deserved their victory. The Chimborazo AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
