Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Euskadi's Erasmo Ospetsu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the game, Robustiano Benino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cornurbano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Euskadi the free kick. In the 11th match minute, Cornurbano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Benino to maneuver through the defense. After 12th play minutes Erasmo Ospetsu shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Aureliano Innocenzio and just under the crossbar into goal. Anacleto Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aureliano Innocenzio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robustiano Benino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 33rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Cornurbano FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Everardo Ramone hit a great ball. Modesto Tomi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Leon Frances tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

51 minutes into the match, Euskadi's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Benino came free, but Leon Frances reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robustiano Benino in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Frances saved Euskadi from getting behind. Cornurbano FC's Aureliano Innocenzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Ospetsu in the 69th minute of play. When Adrian Austin came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Euskadi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Austin couldn't finish the play. Erasmo Ospetsu's late challenge caught a Cornurbano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Ospetsu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, Erasmo Ospetsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute Robustiano Benino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Frances saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aureliano Innocenzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Ospetsu in the 82nd minute of play. Robustiano Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Leon Frances tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Robustiano Benino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Ramone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Euskadi's zone, Robustiano Benino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Frances came out of the goal and Robustiano Benino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
