Spectators: 7195 (Terracing: 5398, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Omar Abaurre made the kick off which started today's match. Lisandro Argoitz charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lisandro Argoitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Arnulfo Conrao made a precise shot to the right of Honorio Dantel. Susana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Eron in the 15th minute of play forced Susana's goalkeeper Honorio Dantel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Argoitz was shown his second yellow card after 15 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. When Hernan Ekhi fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Susana's protests and gave Hernan Ekhi a yellow card for diving instead. Reynaldo Oihan, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Luciano Juvenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Susana's Honorio Dantel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Conrao in the 28th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Zeledon Mendebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute of the match Reynaldo Oihan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Honorio Dantel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cirilo Eron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorio Dantel having to interfere. With a little luck, ssaltlake's Sebastian Luix got control of the ball when Luciano Juvenal tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half ssaltlake were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cirilo Eron stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raul Igon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastian Luix. ssaltlake's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luciano Juvenal struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Sebastian Luix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Susana. In the 60th match minute, Susana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Abaurre to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnulfo Conrao got free with Honorio Dantel in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Honorio Dantel was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Cirilo Eron capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cirilo Eron really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. When Benicio Soin fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ssaltlake's protests and gave Benicio Soin a yellow card for diving instead. Honorio Dantel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Eron, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Cirilo Eron kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Honorio Dantel. That made the score 0-4 in the 86 minute of play. Honorio Dantel came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by ssaltlake's Arnulfo Conrao. But to his dismay, Arnulfo Conrao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5.
