A collision led to LI0NS B4RBARIANS getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Carolo Feliu hit a great ball. With his leg Tadeo Gaueko managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Chelco's Bernardo Bladi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Victorio Sayveon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tadeo Gaueko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, one of Chelco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chelco. Alberto Milian kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Sotero was the one to do the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Modestio couldn't finish the play. After 69 minutes, Bernardo Bladi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chelco and the LI0NS B4RBARIANS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomás Rudolfo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 71st minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Chelco's Tomás Rudolfo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Chelco from getting a goal against them. Tadeo Gaueko came out of the goal and Victorio Sayveon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, LI0NS B4RBARIANS's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Sayveon came free, but Tadeo Gaueko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, one of Chelco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chelco. If Marcos Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Baudelio hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. LI0NS B4RBARIANS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
