In the 4th minute Ezequiel Ubelteso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Ermano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venancio Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Tanti FC's Emanuel Erauso got control of the ball when Teodosio Abeitia tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ezequiel Ubelteso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Raebert was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 15 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tanti FC! The goalkeeper, Emanuel Erauso, was totally fooled by Ferreyra's Ignacio Montrell, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Venancio Guzman got free with Emanuel Erauso in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Ferreyra's Teodosio Abeitia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emanuel Erauso. That made the score 2-0 after 32 minutes of play. Primitivo Frisco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Ovidio Poz made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Erauso. Tanti FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If Teodosio Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 43rd minute, Primitivo Frisco fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Emanuel Erauso, passed just outside the right post. Teodosio Abeitia had several of the Tanti FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 44 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Emanuel Erauso as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Teodosio Abeitia made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ferreyra's Victorino Iratxo got a free kick in the 51st minute. Primitivo Frisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Emanuel Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 59 minutes, Ignacio Montrell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferreyra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignacio Montrell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ovidio Poz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tanti FC's zone, Venancio Guzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Erauso came out of the goal and Venancio Guzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venancio Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodosio Abeitia struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Emanuel Erauso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ferreyra. 74 minutes into the match, Ferreyra's Teodosio Abeitia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Erauso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 74 played minutes Tanti FC got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Ishmael. After having played for 78 minutes, Ovidio Poz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferreyra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidio Poz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Venancio Guzman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorino Iratxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Primitivo Frisco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Emanuel Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Teodosio Abeitia put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Emanuel Erauso. The supporters of Ferreyra booed when Tanti FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Che didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ovidio Poz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
