Ignacio Dantel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Primitivo Frisco in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacio Dantel saved Una Mantecaaa from getting behind. Ignacio Dantel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicasio Monte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Una Mantecaaa's zone, Venancio Guzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignacio Dantel came out of the goal and Venancio Guzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Ignacio Dantel managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Ferreyra's Teodosio Abeitia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Una Mantecaaa booed when Ferreyra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Frisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Nestor Fero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute of the match Vinicio Chayo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felix Ermano skillfully saved the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Una Mantecaaa reached it. The Una Mantecaaa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ferreyra were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
