Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Israel Baleren took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Ismael Ciceron managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bayern Masía's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Ciceron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zeledon Romano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Venancio AFC's Hugo Elequemedo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Zeledon Romano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Baleren in the 14th minute of play. Saturnino Ciceron hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Venancio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Baleren came free, but Zeledon Romano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horacio Precioso hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Sazon in the 27th minute of play forced FC Bayern Masía's goalkeeper Diego Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bayern Masía's zone, Martin Jaume stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Florinio came out of the goal and Martin Jaume tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ismael Ciceron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Zeledon Romano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Israel Baleren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio AFC's Zeledon Romano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Ciceron in the 39th minute of play. Israel Baleren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zeledon Romano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Ismael Ciceron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Frechoso kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Martin Jaume was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venancio AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bayern Masía the free kick. In the 45th match minute, Venancio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Jaume to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evelio Sazon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domingo Bingen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Bingen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Romano having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Evelio Sazon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bayern Masía's Diego Florinio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Jaume in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Bayern Masía's goalkeeper Diego Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Martin Jaume came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Venancio AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Jaume couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bayern Masía's goalkeeper Diego Florinio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 93 played minutes FC Bayern Masía got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Ciceron. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
