The crowd rose to their feet as Signos FC's Javier Bittor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Segundo Llorenc. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. If Federico Cesario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ezequiel Goito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Segundo Llorenc made a huge save. When Arnoldo Jatsu fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Cansados's protests and gave Arnoldo Jatsu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Cansados's Arnoldo Jatsu got a free kick in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Cesario got free with Segundo Llorenc in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute Victorino Geofredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Signos FC's Placido Bertol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Frichoso in the 18th minute of play. Segundo Llorenc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Goito in the 19th minute of play. Segundo Llorenc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Cesario in the 26th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaac Eusko during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 33 played minutes Signos FC got a freekick which was hit by Javier Bittor. Federico Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ezequiel Goito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Llorenc having to interfere. With a little luck, Los Cansados's Segundo Llorenc got control of the ball when Federico Cesario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Federico Cesario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 42 minutes, Iker Senon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Signos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Senon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Federico Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Los Cansados's Segundo Llorenc got control of the ball when Javier Bittor tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victorino Geofredo to make the kick off. Segundo Llorenc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Placido Bertol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Geofredo in the 78th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Angelo Ciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Senon, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When Signos FC's Ezequiel Goito in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Cansados's goalie prevented a goal. Los Cansados succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Signos FC had controlled the match.
