Fernan Fidensio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alfredo Palos's late challenge caught a Barovia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fernan Fidensio. Jonathan Torralba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernan Fidensio having to make a save. Vinicio Theobald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Fernan Fidensio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Linacre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Tello in the 82nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Vinicio Theobald kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernan Fidensio. That made the score 1-6 in the 87 minute of play. After some careless play in the Ñupi defense, Leopoldo Roldan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fernan Fidensio. The Ñupi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fernan Fidensio should have stopped the shot. 98 minutes into the game, Nestor Tello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ñupi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barovia the free kick. In the 98th minute, Nestor Tello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barovia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
