Gabriel Espiridion kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Ciano in the 4th minute of play forced alumni azuleño's goalkeeper Sebastian Eliazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 5 minutes, Victorino Geofredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Cansados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Geofredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Victorino Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in alumni azuleño's zone, Julian Frichoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Eliazar came out of the goal and Julian Frichoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nereo Shepherd in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Segundo Llorenc saved Los Cansados from getting behind. After 27 played minutes Los Cansados got a freekick which was hit by Arnoldo Jatsu. Julian Frichoso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sebastian Eliazar made a huge save. If Nereo Shepherd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of alumni azuleño booed when Los Cansados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Ciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Geofredo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Nereo Shepherd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, Nereo Shepherd notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Los Cansados's Segundo Llorenc. Segundo Llorenc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Paulo Soter kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the alumni azuleño defense, Victorino Geofredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Eliazar. The alumni azuleño fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Eliazar should have stopped the shot. If Fernan Eriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Cansados's Segundo Llorenc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Shepherd in the 67th minute of play. Victorino Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Eliazar having to interfere. Julian Frichoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Eliazar having to interfere. Fernan Eriz struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Segundo Llorenc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for alumni azuleño. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Los Cansados:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of alumni azuleño:s goal. Fernan Eriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The alumni azuleño players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Los Cansados from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
