Spectators: 5815 (Terracing: 4490, Seating: 1260, VIP seats: 65) Churcal's Fabio Pacifico started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Ospetsu got free with Rickard Lindström in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th match minute, Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mefodiy Shershun to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute of the match Niceto Lamberto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rickard Lindström skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Alejo Ospetsu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Churcal's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Ospetsu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickard Lindström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alejo Ospetsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rickard Lindström having to make a save. Fabio Pacifico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Eduardo Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alejo Ospetsu spun around in front of the goal 25 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Talleres's goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Gilberto Eufrasio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Eufrasio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Ferrando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30thth minute of the game Eduardo Presebal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Churcal's Luciano Ferrando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luciano Ferrando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Presebal in the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Talleres got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Fiz. Churcal's Alejo Ospetsu got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eduardo Presebal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luciano Ferrando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. After 43 played minutes Churcal got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Chap. The corner ended in Mefodiy Shershun almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Churcal's Luciano Ferrando did a great save. Gilberto Eufrasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Ferrando having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Eufrasio made a kick off. If Fabio Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gilberto Eufrasio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Eufrasio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Ferrando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 played minutes Churcal got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Piorno. Eduardo Presebal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Ferrando having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Gilberto Eufrasio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Eufrasio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 73 played minutes, Churcal's Honorato Laffitte shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rickard Lindström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Churcal reached it. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Churcal's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mefodiy Shershun was slow to take the kick. During this time Talleres's players had a chance to rest. Mefodiy Shershun made a great header on Talleres's corner, it was just that Churcal's Luciano Ferrando managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 84th minute, Talleres's Guaberto Boni seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Guaberto Boni the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Talleres protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Guaberto Boni had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Eduardo Presebal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Ferrando having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Churcal's Joaquin Iyan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Talleres's Rickard Lindström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Pacifico in the 96th minute of play. If Eduardo Presebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
