Magnus Söderström came out of the goal and Julian Mantzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, El angel del gol's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Mantzio came free, but Magnus Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barriales FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abelardo Lop in the 23rd minute. After 25 minutes, Julian Mantzio made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. El angel del gol's Magnus Söderström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Magnus Söderström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leo Eliazar in the 55th minute. Leo Eliazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Magnus Söderström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timoteo Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Söderström having to interfere. Amado Nerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Victoriano Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Abelardo Pepillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El angel del gol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barriales FC the free kick. Abelardo Pepillo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. El angel del gol's Magnus Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Viator in the 98th minute of play.
