Spectators: 7172 (Terracing: 5381, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joaquin Indar started the match with the kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Romeo Txaran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Francesca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Txaran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francesca's Cosme Ubelteso got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Ubelteso in the 10th minute of play forced La Banda Del Gordini's goalkeeper Gaston Orain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Bernardo Vellito led 17 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. La Banda Del Gordini's Gaston Orain became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. Nicasio Eusko's late challenge caught a La Banda Del Gordini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Eusko helped the player get up and apologised. Nicasio Eusko kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. La Banda Del Gordini's Gaston Orain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Txaran in the 26th minute of play. Gaston Orain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Txaran in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Cosme Ubelteso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gaston Orain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jacobo Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fausto Eneto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Indar in the 41st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Jacobo Otsando managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Banda Del Gordini's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Otsando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fausto Eneto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fausto Eneto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Indar in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosme Ubelteso was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacobo Otsando in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto Eneto saved Francesca from getting behind. When Segundo Salbatore fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Francesca's protests and gave Segundo Salbatore a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Segundo Salbatore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jacobo Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Eneto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquin Indar in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Cosme Ubelteso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaston Orain was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Cosme Ubelteso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Orain having to make a save. Fausto Eneto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacobo Otsando went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute, Cosme Ubelteso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fausto Eneto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joaquin Indar went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Alvaro Etxatxu's late challenge caught a Francesca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Etxatxu helped the player get up and apologised. Alvaro Etxatxu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Cosme Ubelteso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gaston Orain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Francesca walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
