The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Orlin got free with Aldo Chano in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Conrado Rutenio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Epifanio Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Piludo F.C. getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Conrado Rutenio hit a great ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Epifanio Palban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OrO VeRdE fC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Palban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 16th minute, Tobias Cordairo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Eudoxio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Palban in the 20th minute of play forced Piludo F.C.'s goalkeeper Celedonio Eudoxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Chano didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florencio Oliverios got free with Aldo Chano in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Camilo Orlin came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Piludo F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Orlin couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, OrO VeRdE fC's Aldo Chano got control of the ball when Lisandro Brais tried to sneak it across the goal line. Norberto Eguen hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Florencio Oliverios made a kick off. Florencio Oliverios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Chano having to interfere. 55 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Mero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After a rather tough play, OrO VeRdE fC's Tiburcio Mero got a free kick in the 56th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Piludo F.C.'s goalkeeper Celedonio Eudoxio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Epifanio Palban. Florencio Oliverios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aldo Chano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Eudoxio came out of the goal and Epifanio Palban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Florencio Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Cordairo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelo Jatsu during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tobias Cordairo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. OrO VeRdE fC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tobias Cordairo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobias Cordairo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Piludo F.C. booed when OrO VeRdE fC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Cordairo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piludo F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
