If Rosendo Arnau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Urbano Fanuco struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Adan Gitano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Antucura Futbol Club. Rosendo Arnau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Gitano having to interfere.

The wind increased when Rosendo Arnau made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Rosendo Arnau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antucura Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosendo Arnau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. It was a well-played corner which Erasmo Tab managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Urbano Fanuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Gitano having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosendo Arnau in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adan Gitano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 minutes, Urbano Fanuco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Antucura Futbol Club and the Labardén FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Labardén FC booed when Antucura Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Fanuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Antucura Futbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Labardén FC throughout the match.
