In the 5th minute Bernardino Bortzaioriz saw that he had a good position to shoot and he shot a long ball on target, but the ball went just outside the left post. After 14 played minutes Lonquimay got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Selatse. Lonquimay's Santos Manex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Gimenez in the 22nd minute of play. Santos Manex was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severiano Louis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Santos Manex made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severiano Louis in the 27th minute. With a little luck, Lonquimay's Santos Manex got control of the ball when Severiano Louis tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Severiano Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 played minutes Lonquimay got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Pasqual. Salvador Gimenez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute Salvador Gimenez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Manex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severiano Louis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prospero Selatse hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 49 played minutes, Boca s.a's Bernardino Bortzaioriz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santos Manex came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Boca s.a reached it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salvador Gimenez was the one to do the kick off. Severiano Louis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Manex having to interfere. Salvador Gimenez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Santos Manex tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boca s.a's Mariano Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Ederono in the 58th minute of play. Santos Manex showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Gimenez, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Salvador Gimenez made a precise shot to the right of Santos Manex. Lonquimay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The long shot by Angel Berasko in the 68th minute really tested Mariano Menendo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Boca s.a's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Ceferino Txilar scored to the left of an out of position Mariano Menendo, making the score, 2-1. Santos Manex showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Gimenez in the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Remigio Pasqual was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lonquimay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boca s.a the free kick. Remigio Pasqual hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Severiano Louis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boca s.a's supporters rose to their feet, but Severiano Louis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santos Manex breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Ceferino Txilar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severiano Louis during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 88 minutes into the game, Haroldo Ederono recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mariano Menendo. Haroldo Ederono showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Severiano Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Lonquimay players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Boca s.a from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
