When the match had been going on for 23 minutes, Guzmán's Gaston Iturri got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. After having played for 93 minutes, Rosendo Erauso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. namaste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Erauso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivan Goi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Ivan Oliverios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Guzmán supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching namaste's performance. The match ended with a win for namaste.
