Elias Cresconio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gustavo Librado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Emanuel Mannie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Pere's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Librado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. If Elias Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 16 minutes into the game, Lino Pere cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gustavo Librado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amador Claude made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Llorenc in the 20th minute of play. Gustavo Librado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Cresconio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicanor Txeru's late challenge caught a Ranqueles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicanor Txeru helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Nicanor Txeru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, Ivan Goi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guzmán fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ivan Goi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Amador Claude made a huge save. If Elias Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lino Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Librado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Cresconio in the 43rd minute of play. Lino Pere struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Gustavo Librado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ranqueles. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Alonzo Jurgi fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ranqueles's protests and gave Alonzo Jurgi a yellow card for diving instead. Alonzo Jurgi hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Amador Claude showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Goi in the 52nd minute of the match. If Braulio Llorenc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 minutes of play Ranqueles's Alonzo Jurgi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. If Elias Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Christian Bixintxo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Cresconio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Librado having to interfere. Ranqueles's Marciano Mercurio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elias Cresconio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Librado having to make a save. 68 minutes into the game, Marciano Mercurio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ranqueles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guzmán the free kick. After 68 played minutes Ranqueles got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Mercurio. In the 69th minute, Cipriano Quilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Librado made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Elias Cresconio sent off a good shot on target. Cipriano Quilo charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cipriano Quilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cipriano Quilo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Elias Cresconio came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Ranqueles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Cresconio couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Guzmán's Jaime Lixandro got a free kick in the 81st minute. Elias Cresconio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Gustavo Librado made a huge save. In the 84th match minute, Ranqueles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Bixintxo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ranqueles getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Christian Bixintxo hit a great ball. Lino Pere hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guzmán's goalkeeper Gustavo Librado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
