A collision led to Iuris Tantum getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Edvin Algren hit a great ball. Lino Pere received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Francisco Sedeni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 12th minute of the match Edvin Algren completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Edvin Algren a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Iuris Tantum's Edvin Algren got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Sixto Leoncio came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Iuris Tantum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Leoncio couldn't finish the play. Fabio Goi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Amador Claude tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ranqueles's goalkeeper Amador Claude, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lino Pere fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Sedeni having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Fabio Goi made a precise shot to the right of Amador Claude. Ranqueles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Fabio Goi took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amador Claude. Amador Claude dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 35 minutes into the match, Iuris Tantum's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Pere came free, but Francisco Sedeni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Cresconio in the 36th minute of the match. In the 38th minute of the match Claudio Lapurdi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francisco Sedeni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Alonzo Jurgi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Sedeni was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Goi in the 44th minute of play forced Ranqueles's goalkeeper Amador Claude to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lino Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabio Goi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Iuris Tantum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Ignatius to maneuver through the defense. Feliciano Favila kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Francisco Sedeni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Cresconio in the 68th minute. In the 68th minute, Benjamin Ignatius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Cresconio struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Francisco Sedeni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ranqueles. Amador Claude made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Leoncio in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute, one of Ranqueles:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ranqueles. After a defensive mix-up in Iuris Tantum's zone, Elias Cresconio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francisco Sedeni came out of the goal and Elias Cresconio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iuris Tantum's Francisco Sedeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Pere in the 89th minute of play. Alonzo Jurgi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Francisco Sedeni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ranqueles booed when Iuris Tantum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Ignatius didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ranqueles players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Iuris Tantum.
