When Honorato Kelemen came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the El Canalla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Kelemen couldn't finish the play. Teo Millano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Koldo in the 15th minute of the match. Campito FC's Teo Millano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Koldo in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Campito FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Segundo Beltza hit a great ball. Cleto Baleren's late challenge caught a Campito FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cleto Baleren helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes El Canalla got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Baleren. When Constantino Leoiar came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the El Canalla fans jumped to their feet. Pastor Otsoa charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Otsoa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Campito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pastor Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 31 minutes, Ismael Koldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 35 played minutes Campito FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Beltza. 36 minutes into the match, Jonas Remir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teo Millano. Campito FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Remir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. With a left leg Teo Millano saved Campito FC from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, Campito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Remir came free, but Teo Millano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Frantzes was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Feliberto Orixe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campito FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Teo Millano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Baleren in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, El Canalla's Jonathan Nayely got control of the ball when Feliberto Orixe tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, El Canalla's Jonas Remir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo Millano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Cleto Baleren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teo Millano was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the game, Ismael Koldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Canalla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campito FC the free kick. Ismael Koldo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Campito FC's goalkeeper Teo Millano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Campito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Canalla the free kick. In the 86th minute, Filomeno Tano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Elequemedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teo Millano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Koldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. El Canalla's Jonathan Nayely proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save El Canalla from getting a goal against them. Felipe Elequemedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Millano having to interfere. Campito FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over El Canalla's much stronger midfield.
