After a defensive mix-up in Los Quemeros's zone, Gualterio Lugo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Fortun came out of the goal and Gualterio Lugo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 33 minutes of play, Los Quemeros's Rodolfo Nuxila made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregorio Serafo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gualterio Lugo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Fortun having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualterio Lugo to strike the kick off in the second half. C.A.B.MITRE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Ondino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85 played minutes Los Quemeros got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Donzel. Gualterio Lugo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. C.A.B.MITRE's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
