Spectators: 7185 (Terracing: 5391, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucio Serapio started the match with the kick off. Defensores del Valhalla's Fabricio Gilen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Serapio in the 3rd minute of play. Ignacio Benvide kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Gabriel Nastasio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Gilabert having to interfere. Rosendo Platon in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Donato Gilabert, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Defensores del Valhalla's Eugenio Ganix got a free kick in the 19th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerardo Pereyra during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Xabier in the 24th minute of play forced Defensores del Valhalla's goalkeeper Fabricio Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Puelo AFC's Donato Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Nastasio in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Gabriel Nastasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Gilabert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Nastasio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 37th play minutes Lucio Serapio shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Fabricio Gilen and just under the crossbar into goal. Gervasio Fonda was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. Fabricio Gilen had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Teodoro Ordono's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

Gregorio Xabier succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 52nd playminute. Gregorio Xabier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Fabricio Gilen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Gilabert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rosendo Platon, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The supporters of Defensores del Valhalla booed when Puelo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Benvide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gregorio Xabier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Gilen having to interfere. If Lucio Serapio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Gilen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregorio Xabier in the 76th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucio Serapio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabricio Gilen. That made the score 0-3 in the 77 minute of play. After 83 played minutes Defensores del Valhalla got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Pereyra. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Serapio in the 84th minute of play forced Defensores del Valhalla's goalkeeper Fabricio Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Defensores del Valhalla's Fabricio Gilen got control of the ball when Gregorio Xabier tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Ignacio Benvide managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puelo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Benvide was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Gilen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Puelo AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Puelo AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
