BENELUX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antílopes the free kick. Godfredo Calvino kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in BENELUX's zone, Jimeno Pedroso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Elixio came out of the goal and Jimeno Pedroso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Godfredo Calvino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustacio Petris short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Rafael Silbestre to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Timoteo Ursino kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Celso Sandalio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of BENELUX's Fulgencio Elixio. Fulgencio Elixio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Sandalio in the 23rd minute of play forced BENELUX's goalkeeper Fulgencio Elixio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, BENELUX's Ricardo Baladi got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Jimeno Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulgencio Elixio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Pedroso in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Antílopes's Celso Sandalio fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 40th minute Jimeno Pedroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Elixio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Antílopes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustacio Petri to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of BENELUX booed when Antílopes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timoteo Ursino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Nicolas Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot. BENELUX's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Chorache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Silbestre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, Celso Sandalio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fulgencio Elixio, 0-3. Jimeno Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Elixio having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Pedroso got free with Fulgencio Elixio in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 74 minutes, Celso Sandalio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Antílopes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Sandalio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, BENELUX's goal looked a bit too open when Timoteo Ursino came free, but Fulgencio Elixio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulgencio Elixio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Pedroso in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute, Antílopes's Jimeno Pedroso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Ismael Guillem's late challenge caught a Antílopes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Guillem helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Ismael Guillem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Antílopes's Eloy Abeijon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fulgencio Elixio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 95th minute by Celso Sandalio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The BENELUX fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Antílopes were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
