Spectators: 7239 (Terracing: 5431, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Valentin Raebert started the match with the kick off. When Eulalio Nazario came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Olavarría AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Nazario couldn't finish the play. Olavarría AFC's Cipriano Seber got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gualterio Mede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Raebert, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Godofredo Roderigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eulalio Nazario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Belo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 21 played minutes Olavarría AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano Seber. Eulalio Nazario who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Maximino Belo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Cipriano Seber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Olavarría AFC's Cipriano Seber slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximino Belo. That made the score 1-0 after 29 minutes of play. Eulalio Nazario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Maximino Belo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Raebert in the 37th minute of play forced Olavarría AFC's goalkeeper Gualterio Mede to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eulalio Nazario's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maximino Belo firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Eulalio Nazario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Seber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Seber to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Nazario in the 52nd minute of play forced matadore's goalkeeper Maximino Belo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Olavarría AFC's Gualterio Mede got control of the ball when Godofredo Roderigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, matadore's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Nazario came free, but Maximino Belo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Seber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute, Godofredo Roderigo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Lopez during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eduardo Lopez hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Eulalio Nazario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Cipriano Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Belo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Seber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 minutes, Martin Vela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olavarría AFC and the matadore players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Olavarría AFC's Martin Vela got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Saul Rios missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 95 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Gualterio Mede right hand side. Despite being the better team, Olavarría AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
