Paulo Indartsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseo Florian in the 32nd minute. Paulo Indartsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Videl in the 45th minute of the match. Haroldo Birila took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustino Lohitzun. Faustino Lohitzun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.

In the 59th match minute, Corcovado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Jurdan to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Videl in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Indartsu saved Corcovado from getting behind. Romulo Osorio's late challenge caught a Luti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Osorio helped the player get up and apologised. Romulo Osorio hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. When Alonzo Leobardo came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Corcovado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Leobardo couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Birila got free with Faustino Lohitzun in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eliseo Florian struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Paulo Indartsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luti FC. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Corcovado had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
