Spectators: 6756 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 100) Muñoz's Benicio Petri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Muñoz's Isaias Guib got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Evelio Senon might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ceferino Costante. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evelio Senon ran back to his position shaking his head. Santos Kaxen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Felipe Dino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ceferino Costante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Evelio Senon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Costante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 minutes Muñoz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anselmo Baladi who took care of the corner kick. In the 29th minute, Madryn's Fulgencio Gonsalvo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fulgencio Gonsalvo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Madryn protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fulgencio Gonsalvo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 28th minute, one of Madryn:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Madryn. Armando Todor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Muñoz's zone, Armando Todor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Costante came out of the goal and Armando Todor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorio Ugutz hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Madryn's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Benicio Petri scored to the left of an out of position Felipe Dino, making the score, 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armando Todor made a kick off. In the 56th match minute, Muñoz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Ugutz to maneuver through the defense. After 61 minutes, Siro Oriol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muñoz and the Madryn players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Madryn. Anselmo Baladi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ceferino Costante. 2-2. After a rather tough play, Madryn's Ismael Martxot got a free kick in the 66th minute. Benicio Petri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Marcos Mitxaut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute, Aldo Santiago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
