The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hector Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Gaizkine in the 3rd minute of play. Gilberto Oriche kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Sebastian Kemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Hector Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8thth minute of the game Sebastian Kemen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Humilde Team's Hector Gartxot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Frontera getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gualterio Orlin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Salvidor in the 17th minute of play forced Frontera's goalkeeper Artemio Kusko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eliseo Estevez fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Humilde Team's protests and gave Eliseo Estevez a yellow card for diving instead. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Esteve Gaizkine sped through Humilde Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hector Gartxot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteve Gaizkine in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Gartxot saved Humilde Team from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Frontera's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Salvidor came free, but Artemio Kusko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hector Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Kemen in the 36th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Sebastian Kemen put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Hector Gartxot. Artemio Kusko made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Eliseo Estevez sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Humilde Team booed when Frontera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Orlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frontera's Artemio Kusko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Salvidor in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Frontera's goalkeeper Artemio Kusko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eliseo Estevez.

The wind increased when Melquiades Salvidor made the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Gartxot having to interfere. Gilberto Oriche's late challenge caught a Frontera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Oriche helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Humilde Team's Gilberto Oriche got a free kick in the 57th minute. Sebastian Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Esteve Gaizkine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 68 minutes, Sebastian Kemen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frontera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Kemen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Esteve Gaizkine kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hector Gartxot. That made the score 0-5 in the 70 minute of play. When Esteve Gaizkine came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Frontera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Gaizkine couldn't finish the play. In the 78thth minute of the game Esteve Gaizkine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Humilde Team's Hector Gartxot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gogo Arnau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Hector Gartxot made a huge save. After having played for 91 minutes, Esteve Gaizkine managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frontera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteve Gaizkine was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
